{"id":618,"date":"2024-06-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hrcore.eu\/abordar-la-salut-mental-a-rrhh\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T18:48:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T17:48:26","slug":"abordar-la-salut-mental-a-rrhh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hrcore.eu\/ca\/abordar-la-salut-mental-a-rrhh\/","title":{"rendered":"Abordar la salut mental a RRHH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><![CDATA[Cuando los empleados  se ven sobrepasados mentalmente , aparecen enfermedades como el estr\u00e9s o el s\u00edndrome de burnout \u200d que...]]><\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7vf0g49\">Quan els empleats \ud83d\udc6b\ud83c\udffb es veuen sobrepassats mentalment \ud83e\udde0 , apareixen malalties com l&#8217;estr\u00e8s o la s\u00edndrome de burnout \ud83d\ude35 \ud83d\udcab que afecten el seu potencial i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la rendibilitat de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2vwlu53\">L&#8217;\u00e0rea de Recursos Humans \ud83e\udec2 \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregada de liderar mesures de promoci\u00f3 i prevenci\u00f3, l&#8217;objectiu principal de les quals \u00e9s el prevenir i detectar senyals d&#8217;alerta que posin en perill la salut mental a la feina.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-s2l9257\">Algunes d&#8217;aquestes mesures a implantar s\u00f3n;<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5qquw61\">1. Elimina els tab\u00fas i comun\u00edcat amb els empleats: \ud83d\udce2<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-zvuz264\">Moltes vegades s\u00f3n els mateixos empleats els qui no comuniquen el seu estat per por a repres\u00e0lies o a ser estigmatitzats. \u00c9s treball de l&#8217; empresa generar una cultura oberta on els treballadors puguin expressar-se lliurement. <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-hh8qr68\">2. Estableix i respecta els espais laborals vs personals: \ud83c\udf0e<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-sbc8471\">La vida fora de l&#8217; oficina existeix i ha de ser respectada. Les persones no treballen 24\/7 i tenen altres responsabilitats i aficions. Per tant, defineix b\u00e9 l&#8217; horari d&#8217; entrada, sortida i descans i s\u00e9 flexible a l&#8217; hora d&#8217; organitzar les tasques.  <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-pqy7o75\">3. Ofereix dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 digital: \ud83d\udcbb<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-4cmpg78\">Amb l&#8217;avan\u00e7 de la tecnologia i la digitalitzaci\u00f3 dels processos, actualment \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil caure en la temptaci\u00f3 d&#8217;enviar e-mails o WhatsApps als empleats en el seu temps de descans, ev\u00edtal.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ykpo182\">4.
