Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;apr\u00e8n a tastar un vi, en les seves tres fases: visual, olfactiva i gustativa. En aquest curs tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;explicaran les funcions del somriure, des de triar el vi fins a servir-lo, passant per gestionar el celler i elaborar la carta.
