By purchasing our courses, you agree that sales are final and no refunds are offered. This policy is designed to protect the value of the content delivered and the investment of our instructors.
1. Key Exceptions
- Buyer’s Error: “Erroneous purchases by the student are not eligible for refund.”
- Cancellation by the Company: “If we cancel the course, the partial or total refund will be evaluated, according to current regulations.”
2. Important Conditions
- Access to Content: “Once the learner accesses the course or core material, the possibility of exchange or refund (even under exceptions) may be voided.”
- Instalment payments: “If the payment was split up, the student is still obliged to cover all the remaining fees after the allowed change period”.
3. Legal Compliance
- Adaptation: “In compliance with the right of withdrawal, we offer a period of 14 days for cancellation without justification in online purchases. However, if the content is digital and is accessed, the right is forfeited, or the terms of this policy will apply.”
